Design Development
During this stage, all the concepts will be designed in detail. This is where we determine the sequence of assembly for each component and select all the hardware and fixtures for your home.
Material Selection
During development of design concepts, together with you, we will select finishes for the entire house. In this stage, we consider the aesthetics and ensure durability, low maintenance and cost effectiveness of each material.
Construction Permits
Applying for permits with the city can be a complicated and time consuming process. Whether it is a fast track permit application, land severance or an application to Committee of Adjustment, we will be happy to act on our clients’ behalf to ensure all permits are obtained in a timely manner.
Working Drawings
Once design development of the interior of your house is completed, we produce working drawings with as many details as possible to ensure no design intent is misinterpreted on site. This drawing set will include: Partition Plans, Furniture Plans, Reflected Ceiling plans, Floor Finishes Plans, Interior Elevations and Detailed Drawings.
Construction Supervision
Another critical phase of each project is supervision during construction. With full time presence of an experienced project supervisor, we ensure that your house is built to Sha Developments Inc. superior standards.

At Sha Developments Inc. we are committed to finish each project on schedule and within budget. Using modern project management techniques we anticipate and proactively prepare for each approaching construction stage.
